Let's start off with a statement for you to consider.
I know exactly who needs my product/service and why it helps them.
How do you feel about this statement? 100% certain or a little unsure?
If you are already in business then you have your existing customers to look at and consider.
If you are getting it right, you probably have true fans, telling their friends about you, buying from you on a regular basis.
If you are new to business, or haven’t quite figured it out yet then ask yourself this question;
What do I make easier for someone?
When someone buys your product or service what becomes easier in their life?
What do you make easier?
Now consider the statement again
I know exactly who needs my product/service and why it helps them…..and when they book or buy from me, their life gets easier.
